A: Generally, it will take 15 to 35 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight..

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Mold Payment: 40% T/T deposit, 30% T/T when first articles sending, 30% T/T balance before production or shipment.

Plastic parts payment: 50% T/T deposit, 50% T/T balance before shipment.
